Who are we?

We're the fastest‑growing listing aggregator in Latvia. Built the way we'd build it for ourselves, our goal is to deliver the best possible listing experience. We listen to customer feedback, we streamline the process, and we prioritize speed and usability in everything - from browsing to creating ads. AdSnap is operated by SIA "Lumina Ecommerce".

Why did we start?

We launched AdSnap because existing portals in Latvia faced persistent issues:

  • Expensive to use
  • Outdated design and poor UX/UI
  • Overly cumbersome registration and listing creation
  • Fragmented market - too many portals, no single place to find everything

  • A typical price for every popular car model by year, mileage and fuel type, and how fast the model loses value
  • A free Chrome extension that shows the price history right on the ss.lv listing page
  • ss.lv listings and AdSnap's own listings in one search
  • Efficient and detailed search not only by specific fields, but by entire listing text
  • Free registration and free, quick listing management

What have we accomplished so far

  • Expanded the Chrome extension (October 2026): car sellers with an AdSnap account see the typical price of similar cars in the ss.lv posting form and can publish the same listing on adsnap.lv too
  • Redesigned the website (October 2026)
  • Launched a free Chrome extension, available in the Chrome Web Store: it shows the price history on ss.lv car listings since September 2026 and on property listings since October 2026
  • Built price history pages for car and property listings, a paste-a-link check, and price drop marks on listing cards
  • Built price pages for every car make and model with enough listings, in Latvian, Russian and English
  • Extended ss.lv search to seven categories: Real Estate, Vehicles, Electronics, Clothing, Home and Garden, Services and Pets
  • Started a blog with data-based guides and market analyses in three languages
  • Added automatic checks for spam and prohibited content in new listings and in chat messages
  • Added email reminders before a listing expires, and the option to renew a listing
  • Developed a simple, intuitive portal that allows fast listing creation, editing, and deletion, plus fast registration using Facebook, Google, or email/password
  • Created 'My Listings' and 'Favorites' sections, and a chat that provides convenient communication between buyer and seller

What do we plan to accomplish

  1. Introduce a paid professional subscription for car dealers and real estate agents, to track listings automatically and get alerts when new listings appear or prices change
