Welcome to AdSnap. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, specifically regarding the creation and management of listings.
Listing Creation
By creating a listing on AdSnap, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Upload only images that you own or have permission to use
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of all information in your listings
- Responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Honoring any agreements made through the platform
- Maintaining the security of your account
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Illegal items or services
- Fraudulent or misleading information
- Adult content or explicit material
- Spam or duplicate listings
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
Prohibited Financial Services Listings
It is prohibited to publish listings on AdSnap that offer, advertise, promote, or intermediate regulated financial services, including but not limited to:
- loans, credit, microloans, consumer credit, mortgage loans, or financing secured by collateral;
- refinancing, debt consolidation, debt settlement, debt repayment solutions, or similar debt-related services;
- loans or financing secured by real estate, vehicles, company shares, securities, or any other asset;
- investment, profit, passive income, trading, or crypto-asset offers where such offers may be considered regulated financial services or misleading financial offers;
- payment services, money transfers, currency exchange, financial intermediation, or similar services where a licence, registration, or other authorisation is required;
- listings using claims such as "no credit history check", "no documents required", "loans for everyone", "guaranteed approval", "regardless of financial situation", "fast money", "risk-free", or similar claims.
These listings are prohibited regardless of whether they are published by an individual, a legal entity, an intermediary, an agent, or a person claiming to only help connect users with a financing provider.
AdSnap may, at its sole discretion, block, hide, reject, or remove any listing that contains a financial services offer, raises concerns about unlicensed or misleading financial services, or may not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Exceptions are allowed only with AdSnap's prior written approval, provided that the listing publisher proves that they hold all required licences, registrations, authorisations, and legal rights to advertise the relevant service in the relevant manner. AdSnap is not obliged to grant such approval.
Content Moderation
AdSnap reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these terms or our community standards.
Limitation of Liability
AdSnap acts as a platform connecting users and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings or transactions between users.
